$2,400 · Mature Professional Seeking Long Term Residence

Hello Victoria, I am looking for a 2-bedroom or large 1-bedroom suite! I’m in my late 30’s and work full-time as a technical writer for one of the leading technology firms in the US (remotely from here in BC). My budget is $1900 to $2650 per month max all inclusive. I take pride in keeping my home as clean as possible and stay organized and focused on my work. I consider myself to be a hard-working, respectful, responsible, easygoing, and quiet gentlemen who is well spoken and intelligent. I do not smoke or drink alcohol and I have no pets. It is important for me to be social and active and to be outside as much as possible leading a healthy lifestyle. I am able to provide proof of income documents and references! I am looking for a long-term residence for at least the next 2 years until I buy my own home. I’m open to signing a 1-year lease and can pay a couple months rent up front if need to secure the right place with good landlords. I’m hoping to find a place in Fairfield, James Bay, Fernwood, Oak Bay, or another area close to the city center, but I’m flexible. A ground level suite that is minimum 800 to 900 sq feet would be ideal. An unfurnished place would be best and I’m looking to move in on February 15th or March 1st.
