$2,400 · Seeking rental with great landlord

Hi there, My partner and I are long term tenants (I have been in my suite for 7 years) and we are seeking a new rental. We are working professionals in our early 30's. We have two wonderful cats, and are seeking a nice space to reside in together. We both pride ourselves on our home and take very good care of the places we live. We don't smoke of any kind and are not partiers. We love Victoria so much and are hoping to find our next wonderful home! Our passions are travel, music, spending time in nature & fitness. We are currently in a 1 bedroom, and we would be open to a space with 1-2 bedrooms depending on size. Our budget can be up to $2400. We are looking to rent in Victoria and basement suites will not work for us. We are really hoping to meet a great landlord we can create mutual respect with.
