My names Katrina I'm 25 years old, single loving and hard working, fun spirited but respectful and I like to keep my space clean I've been working as a nanny for a family with three kids under 7 for the last four years. So occasionally they might stay over but their extremely well behaved. I have a small five pound dog and a cat. Not interested in roommates as I’ve lived alone for 6 years and like my alone time. Looking for a suite preferably with everything included - wifi, hydro etc máximum 1500$, for whenever but enough time to give my current landlord/roommates months notice. The environment in that house is extremely toxic and uncomfortable, I would love to just get out ASAP and be on my own again. I've always paid rent on time or early..
