The apartment, shared living room and kitchen ( I barely use them ) but it is mostly furnished. A Balcony with a nice view of the sunsets and downtown Victoria. There is a fold up bowflex ( purchased due to covid19 ) to get your work out in at the start or end of your day. The apartment has 1 shared bathroom.The apartment has Internet shaw 600 with direct line to your room ; Internet and hydro are split. Laundry facilities are located in the building as well as additional storage units. Building is under going kitchen , carpet upgrades this year ! You must be okay with a cat as I have a 6 year old male black cat who is shy at first but very friendly afterwards.
