This historic solid maple butcher block was used for nearly 50 years in the Monterey Meat Market in Oak Bay, Victoria. And it's spent the last 30 years in a basement under a blanket. It was manufactured by the Michigan Maple Block Co. and originally shipped to Sault Ste. Marie. The original patina has not been altered, so you could give it a coat of oil and leave it as is, or sand it and display it as an amazing conversation piece. Or even use it as your own antique butcher block. The lathe-turned legs simply slide in underneath, and it weighs nearly 200 pounds. Measures 30 in x 30 in x 29 in.
