Work includes resurfacing sections of concrete flooring, replacing a few pre-cut drywall sections, some painting, general cleanup/disposal. Must have own tools, some transportation. Budget is approximately $1,000. Materials (cement, drywall, paint, cleaning equipment) can be provided or discussed during a walkthrough.
