Fully functional but needs some work on the armrests, as the plastic there has become brittle over time (maybe an easy repair with a heat gun?). The rest is fine. You can cover these and carry on. We are just updating our backyard and have acquired a new one, so there's no space for this one. It features a special ratcheting mechanism that allows for positioning the back at various angles. You have to pull forward and then push it all the way back. From this position, slowly pull forward to the desired position. We have placed the item outside on a first-come, first-served basis. It is located at 2121 Quail's Run, Langford (Bear Mountain), V9B 0B4. Feel free to come and pick it up. No need to announce yourself. It folds quite nicely into a square, too, so it will fit in a smaller SUV.
