It’s done in the style of eastlake, which was a prominent architectural & minimalist design style from the Victorian Era. The style was named after Charles Eastlake who rejected the opulent and over-the-top elaborate pieces of the early Victorian era in favor of artisan-crafted pieces that were simple and sturdy.
