Lewis Sheet Metal is an established company that builds and installs ventilation systems for Residential and Commercial clients in Victoria, British Columbia. Wage: A Foreman or B Foreman Rate, $44.68 to $46.18 per hour, plus 12% vacation, medical, dental, pension per SMWIA Local 276, plus an annual bonus structure calculated on the profitability of the Residential Division (8% of the profit of the division). Work Shift: Full-time. Typical hours are: Monday to Thursday: 9 hours/ day. Friday: 4 hours. Responsibilities: * Communicate with clients to schedule residential projects. * Allocate the appropriate people and resources to each project. * Ensure installers have the right information and training. * Follow-up with customers to confirm their satisfaction with completed projects. * Monitor the profitability of the division and adjust as needed. * Identify and facilitate process improvements with your team. * Develop and improve division standards with team involvement. * Inspire, coach and challenge team members to become their best. Personal Strengths: * Highly organized with a good personal system to track actions. * Able to juggle the needs of multiple short term projects. * Strong sense of ownership and accountability. * Effective time management and prioritization skills. * Enjoys contributing to solutions in collaboration with others. * Enjoys coaching, developing, and recognizing team members.
