There is a hand grip to carry this bag Also--there is shoulder strap that allows you to carry the bag This shoulder strap is strong enough--as it is now--to allow you to carry the bag If you feel the need--there is one connection for the shoulder strap that is missing at the top connection (see the picture) I do have the strap (see picture) Anyone with a strong sewing machine (or a shoe repair shop) can install it
