available July 1st, $1800 all inclusive, Glen lake area of Langford. 1 bedroom that includes: -in suite laundry -private yard -private deck -tons of storage (shed to yourself, plus underneath stair storage) -private entry -pet friendly (but needs to be approved) -landlords that will be diligent to any issues -current tenant can provide reference -suite has been soundproofed -new heat pump (AC in the summer months) -large hallway area that could fit a small desk if working from home NOTE: 1) Full disclosure, we have a 2.5 year old and a corgi that does bark occasionally. Even though the suite has been sound proofed, the new tenant will hear us some of the time. It will be similar to living in an apartment. We are; however, respectful and do our best to keep noise low. 2) some of the pictures are older (pretty much all of the inside ones) and don’t reflect the current state.
