(SUMMER / 3 MONTH LEASE) Welcome to our cozy three-bedroom condo in the Tillicum area, just off Interurban Road! We're ISO, a chill and respectful roommate who ideally studies or is a working professional, cleans up after themselves, communicates well and doesn't mind occasional noise since we often gather in the living room where Mo's desk is located. The available room does not include a specific parking spot, however there is plenty of visitor parking available. There’s a shared kitchen, a common area and a single washroom. Both of us currently work full-time in-person jobs, which may change in the future. Our place is a 5-minute drive or a 9-minute bus ride (Bus 21) to Camosun Interurban College, making it convenient for students. We are open to having a male or female single-occupant roommate with no pets, as long as they are the right fit for the household. As mentioned earlier, we prefer someone who is studying or working full-time, values cleanliness, is responsible, and is comfortable with dogs since we occasionally dog sit for Rover or family members. We also value trustworthiness and would appreciate at least two references from our potential roommate. It's important for us to find someone we can trust not to host parties when we're away and who helps maintain a safe and secure home environment. About your roommates: We’re a young couple, Morgan (25) and Emilie (22), who love being outdoors and enjoy being homebodies. Morgan is a junior IT professional who likes a whole range of things from hiking to cooking, to the occasional video game. He is super laid-back and easy to talk to but also doesn't mind being introverted. I’m Emilie, I’m kind and respectful, also easygoing but perfectly fine with quiet days given my social job. I enjoy painting at the dining room table and indulging in Netflix binges. This is a short-term summer rental from June 1st to August 31st, rent is $1000/month with all utilities included. The room comes fully furnished, and we require a half-month rent security deposit. Our home is flower-friendly, and if you smoke, we ask that you be respectful of the time of day and the neighbourhood around you. Smoking indoors is not allowed. We're a flexible and chill household, and we all chip in to keep the place tidy and comfortable.
