New local Non-Profit looking for over-grown farms to set up mobile dehydrators

Hi there, My name is Phil and I'm working towards registering a new non-profit organization that will help bolster local food supplies at charitable organizations around town. What I'm looking for this year is local farms from Sidney to Sooke who would be willing to participate in a trial run between this spring and fall that have additional growth on their properties (such as blackberries while in season or stinging nettle in the spring, before they've gone to seed) which they may not be able to harvest, or would otherwise be willing to donate to charity. I will come and set up our noise-free mobile solar (or battery) powered dehydration units. They will frequently be loaded with any additional crops that you have pointed out as acceptable for us to harvest. Access to water and a shady spot for members of our staff to monitor dehydrators while in operation is all that is required throughout the year. Our staff members are quiet and friendly, and would likely be willing to help with light duty tasks around the farm (such as weeding/raking) if requested. At the end of the season, participants will receive a special gift basket containing samples from all of the local farms who participate! This veritable horn of plenty should have something delightful for you to enjoy on each day of the winter months until the following season, ensuring that you, like the people you will be supporting, have all the nutrition you need year round in order to be your best self! I am currently looking for more farms with: * Stinging nettle. * Plum trees in excess. * Additional land where peas can be planted for later harvest. * Additional land where herbs like mint can be planted for later harvest.
