All service records and manuals available for our much loved luxury motorhome as we travelled around the Island and snow-birded annually to AZ, CA etal. Stopping at the Sun Valley Jazz Festival on our way south was a great way to start our journey south. A well insulated quality RV built in Winkler, MB by a Canadian top-of-the-line RV producer with a 50 year plus history to date. Allows winter camping (see photos) as tanks/lines are insulated. Having just completed a trouble-free 8000 km trip in Western Canada, we have now decided its time to end our vagabonding days for health related and driving safety reasons. The Regal model sleeps 6, has a walk-around rear bed, a unique double privacy door design which allowed us to travel with close friends and a huge over-the-cab sleeping/storage compartment. All the normal mod cons (central heating, air conditioning, TV are in working order. It's been factory wired for a generator but instead relies on 3 solar panels (3x85W) and has an extra two batteries (4 in total) for silent camping/boon-docking without electrical hookup. All lights use low wattage LED bulbs. This has been our preferred mode of camping. Easily pulls a toad or dinghy on our mountainous highways. A 2500 watt pure sine wave inverter runs the microwave, TV and all 110 V outlets, allowing charging of i-phones and portable computers. Note, the air-conditioning requires 30A shore power. Recent ('21, '22) upgrades include new 7 cu. ft. 3-way Norcold fridge/freezer, 6 Toyo Open Country tires, 4 type 27 wet cell batteries and 45 A converter/charger for hookup to shore power on cloudy days. Importantly the roof was resealed with a top quality 3 layer fabric system by SEI Canada in 2016 on age alone before any signs of deterioration were detected. The front brakes were renewed in 2019 (rears 50%), the engine alternator, dinette seats covering, water heater control board, new attractive vinyl floor and tranny pan were all renewed in 2016, and the awning in 2014. Overall the systems should hopefully be trouble free for years to come with the water heater a likely distant future renewal. Several small cosmetic gelcoat patching efforts (tree branch dings) are visible on exterior and on rear bumper/sidewall. Also, a small sliding window beside the passenger side door inexplicably cracked its interior layer during our recent trip and remains so as functionality it is not impaired and is only an appearance issue (see photos). Repair is being explored but is unlikely in the near future due to logistics and backlogs. This well maintained full bedroom class C hopefully will allow you to try the unique experience of motorhome camping in true comfort with a small risk of depreciation from the cost of a newer unit.
