Counselling HUB - renting out offices at great location

The time is right to get into an excellent office located in the professional building behind the Shoppers Drug Mart at the junction - 1627 Fort Street. The office is on the Third Floor, Most of the offices have large windows, their own heat/AC, and lots of sunlight as the office faces South. There is also a large group room available for rental, a kitchen, waiting room, and the potential for storage. This bright office space is currently being renovated with new carpets, new paint, soundproofing, etc. We are able to arrange walk-throughs with potential partners in December, with the HUB opening on January 2, 2022. All potential tenants will be part of the HUB but operate as independent contractors. The three existing tenants have full practices and excellent referral routes that could be used to build up practices for other tenants. Here are the terms for the offices: 1 day rental of an individual space: $200 3 days a week: $450/ week 4 days a week: $500/ week For the single offices, the price is $900/month for the windowed ones, $800 for the windowless ones. The two double-sized offices are $1100/. The group room is available for $300/day, $500/3 day, $750 per week (based on a 5-day week). Those who rent out an office will have free access to the group room once a week. If you sign a lease of more than one-year, I take $25 off the monthly lease.
