$1,500 · Government employee looking for a one bedroom apt for Nov/Dec move in

Hello. I’m a 28 year old male who works for the Department of National Defence. I’m looking for a new place to live for November or December, ideally in the downtown core but would consider Cook St. Village, Fernwood, James Bay, Vic West - anywhere that walking to downtown is reasonable. I’m clean, quiet, and am looking for a place to settle in to long term. I have references from my time living in two apartment complexes in Victoria (The Verve in Uptown and The Metropolitan downtown) and can provide employment references as well if necessary. I don’t have any pets, I don’t smoke, I don’t entertain often and when I do it’s usually only a couple of close friends and not too late. I would consider a larger bachelor but would prefer a one bedroom. Ideally the apartment would have in-suite laundry, dish washer, and parking included/available (on street is fine). Not deal breakers, but also being higher off the ground and south/south-west facing would be great as well.
