Heya I have an unfurnished room available in a 2 bedroom apartment near Cook Street village. $875 + utilities + wifi. It is available to move in Oct 9th as the place is being fixed up after the current tenant moves out. New paint, carpets and lights. No smoking and no pets. There is bike storage and one parking stall which I’ll be using but there is lots of street parking around. Up until now I have been renting rooms so I don’t have a ton of furniture. If your keen to do a bit of furniture hunting and decorating with me that be great, or if you have some of your own stuff that’s awesome as well. A bit about me: I am a fourth year student at UVic, completing my degree in geography and environmental studies. I am super easy going 27 year old female who loves trying new things (on a budget :P) and has a growing passion for houseplants and permaculture. I’m quiet, clean and like to experiment with cooking and learning new dishes. I’m also very outdoorsy, love hiking, camping and anything forest related.
