My name is Chris Anderson. My friend Halle Wood and I are looking for a two-bedroom place to rent starting anywhere between August 15 – September 1. We are both current graduates from the University of Victoria, Halle obtained a Bachelor of Science in Biology, while I obtained a Bachelor of Science in Neurobiology. Starting in the fall Halle will be working professionally, while I will begin my Master’s of Science in Neurobiology at the University of Victoria. We are both very mature, cleanly, and respectful individuals who have been living long term in our previous rental suites (Halle for 1.5 years, and myself for 3 years). We are looking to rent more long term as we expect to be in Victoria for a minimum of at least two more years. Currently, Halle is working as a tree planter and will not be back in Victoria until mid-august, while I am working as a research assistant at the University of Victoria until the end of August. Keeping our space as clean as it can be and being respectful of our neighbours is something we take very seriously.
