We are looking for 2 people to rent our suite starting September 1st. The suite and what is included - Located in Saanich beside Hampton park, 7 min walk to tillicum mall and 10min walk to uptown mall and very close to goose trail. The suite is roughly 900-1000 sq feet. It has a separate private entrance. Inside you will find a laundry room and a storage room. Two bedrooms with closets. One bathroom with bathtub. The living, dining room and kitchen are open concept. Brand new dishwasher and brand new windows and blinds. The suite has been updated (new floors, countertops, backsplash and paint) within the last 6 years. The ceilings are roughly 7 feet. Hydro is included. Cable and internet is not. There is room for 2 cars to park on the boulevard and on adjacent streets. Sorry no pets. Who are we? We are a young friendly family of four with a small anxious and lovable dog that rarely barks. We have worked really hard on our home and property to keep it clean, functional and ensure it is a safe environment for our 2 young children and our tenants. We are working professionals and go to bed early most nights. We are proud of our home and have the best neighbours. Who are we looking for? Ideally, we are looking for 2 people who are clean, quiet, non smoking, working professionals and/or students that are respectful and treat our suite like it was their own.
