Monitors energy levels throughout the day, pulse ox, sleep, breathing, heart rate, and of course activity tracking. You can record up to 20 different types of movement/exercise (as a runner I love this because it’s very stats heavy, giving you lots of great information). The watch also gives you animated cardio and strength workouts, as well as Garmin Coach 5K, 10K and marathon training plans. Stores up to 500 songs from Spotify (and other streaming apps) so you can run/exercise hands free. Pretty much brand new and in perfect condition, worn 3 or 4 times (included a photo of what it looks like on an arm).
