Many stores & services you need are within a few blocks...Save On, Market on Millstream, 8 restaurants, fast food, coffee shops 2 pubs etc. It is completely plumbed in with electricity, water, sewer, TV/cable with movie channels and HBO, WIFI, heat & air conditioning all included in the rent. We can also provide bedding, dishes, pots, towels etc, if you need it and that would also be included in rent. The kitchen space has frig, freezer, cupboards, storage, hotplate, toaster oven, microwave and double sink. Everything is electric...no propane appliance operation required.
