Victoria Stage Incorporated, a Victoria BC based company, is looking for an Administrator, to join a team that helps to support the entertainment industry in Greater Victoria and the Kelowna area. Our company provides the labour that makes events, concerts, and festival happen, and we are looking for a self-starter who can take care of the payroll and invoicing side of our operations. Ideally the applicant is based in Victoria BC, but as work is largely remote, that is flexible. Job Description: The Administrator acts on behalf of Victoria Stage Incorporated ( VSI ) and its subsidiary, Okanagan Stage Services Incorporated ( OSS ), in management of the day to day financial operations of the companies, and in preparing and issuing payroll for shows in the Save On Foods Memorial Centre -Victoria BC ( SOFMC ), Prospera Place - Kelowna BC ( PP ), and for various festival, event, and corporate clients in our areas of work. Duties: This position provides administrative and full range bookkeeping for VSI and OSS, and the role requires a responsible individual who can work independently and meet multiple bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual deadlines.
