My name is Ryan, and I am Red Seal Electrician. I hung up my tool belt permanently last February. I have had a diverse career in 'WAY-UP-THERE' Northern Canada, but I still have more to give in the field and want to pass on my knowledge to others who want to learn. Im not interested in pulling wire, but I can show you the best ways to do it! My favourite areas to teach and guide are in the areas of: - Residential wiring (renovations or new builds) - Troubleshooting of all kinds - Lighting systems/design - Solar Photovoltaics - Smart home technology & energy management. We can get advanced into theory, make a rundown list of the tools/ material you're going to need or a bit of both. You pay me for an hour of my time, and I will guide you through whatever you need to conquer. If I can't solve it, you don't pay for it. My mandate is to keep homeowners from unnecessary head-scratching, educate people about a trade I love, and keep people and their homes safe. My message to most DIY'ers is kinda like our parents would say when we were teens, "You're going to do it anyway, so we'd rather you do it safely" ;) How does it work? Typically, a client would give me a quick rundown of the project scope, any plans or photos you may have. Then I am going to ask very clearly, "How can I help?" and we will proceed from there. I request payment upon arrival to the site since you can't return knowledge. I do guarantee results and answers. If you're not happy with the value I provide we can always work something out.
