$1,175 · Looking for roommate for 2 bed 2 bath apartment (move-in anytime)

Hello! I'm looking for a roommate for my lovely 2brd 2bath apartment on the border of Fernwood and Oak Bay, just blocks away from the shops and restaurants of both areas. This apartment is 990 sq ft and contains two 4-piece bathrooms (so you'd pretty much have your own!), a washer and dryer, a dishwasher, and a balcony (a favourite hangout spot for hummingbirds). The apartment looks out onto lots of trees, and there's a park just around back, so it's a great place for nature-lovers. The place is furnished (except for your bedroom), but if you have some decor/kitchen stuff you'd like to bring to help make the place feel like home, there's space here for it. Rent is $1175 per month + internet ($32.5 each) + hydro (variable). Little 'bout me, I'm a 40 year old woman (so another gal would probably be preferred) who enjoys board games, movie nights, and nature. I'm friendly, quiet, and clean...OH! And I have one ridiculously lovable, sometimes asshole-ish cat, her name is Gabby. You should probably love cats and not just tolerate them, because the less interest you show in this cat, the more she'll decide she wants to be your new best friend. I've always enjoyed having roommates, and would love to find someone who would be up for the occasional roomie dinner or movie night (though I'm great about respecting privacy and the need for alone-time). I work regular daytime hours, and would ideally like to find someone on a similar schedule. No smokers please, and no drugs. As much as I love animals, the strata rules only allow a single cat per unit, so unfortunately I can't bring in another pet.
