I'm renting out the second bedroom in my 2 bdrm basement suite. Available start of may Located on the edge of Sooke and Metchosin (right near the new park and ride at 17 Mile Pub). Very quiet location. A small garden by the patio is possible if desired. Rent is $950 a month all included. Cable and internet are included in rent. Can have a queen bed in room if desired after may long weekend. A FREE parking spot is available! In unit washer and dryer! And there is air conditioning in the summer! Must be ok with large dogs as both me and the landlord have large dogs. A well behaved indoor cat that is ok with dogs would be considered. Single person only. Unfortunately no couples About me: I am a 23 year old carpentry apprentice. I am very quiet and I like to just relax at home with my dog when not at work. I am an introvert. My dog is 3 years old he is a German Shepherd cross, he is very friendly and well behaved. He doesn't bark.
