We offer a large and bright unfurnished private room for rent long term, at the ground floor, in a secure family oriented area, close to UVIC, Shopping Centers and bus stops in all directions of town. You share the rest of the fully furnished suite with existing a female senior student, nonsmoker, non partier, no overnights. We are seeking a similar female student oriented on studying.
