The apartment is centrally located, within walking distance from the Hillside Mall, Camosun College and UVIC. The building includes a games room with a pool table, sauna, hot-tub, coin operated laundry facilities, and an in-suite balcony overlooking the city!!! I'm looking for a roommate who, like me, is friendly, easy-going, respectful of one another's space, and able to operate within reasonable volume levels, as the downstairs neighbors are sensitive to our noise levels.
