Living room furniture is also brand new. Shared laundry with no set schedule and private uncovered parking in the driveway for 1 small to medium sized vehicle on a 1/2 acre lot. Private BBQ and patio area. Heat, hot water, hydro, cable, Internet/Wifi (high speed blue curve fiber optic), garbage & recycling pick up all included. This suite is ideal for a single occupant, due to layout, the fact that we operate on a septic system and parking being available for only 1 vehicle. No parties, no pets (I am allergic and we have a forced air heating system so please don't inquire about pets) and no smoking. Owners live on the top floor of the home and maintain the yard and gardens.
