Available May 15th or 16th - Spacious, bright fulling furnished room in shared uppe- floor apartment of house. All utilities are included - hydro, water, internet, etc. The room is fully furnished with bed with underbed storage, desk, dresser, hangers, and with high quality bedding and linens. Two others live here - myself and another woman renter, a student, we’re both friendly, busy people. The main bathroom is shared with her. We are quiet and tidy, but like to chat and have dinner together on occassion Sorry, no pets! House has a big kitchen, dining room, and living area, a big porch, laundry, and parking, and yard. We are close to Royal Roads and within walking distance to West shore Mall. Bus 61 in the mornings goes directly from close to the house to Royal Roads, Uptown, and downtown.
