$1,000 · Unfurnished bedroom in spacious duplex (June 1st/July 1st)

Hi! I’m currently looking for two roommates to move into a 2 floor, 3Br, 1Bath Duplex; The downstairs room is available June 1st, and the upstairs room will be available on July 1st. Rent is $1000 a month + utilities. (property is no additional subletting & non-smoking) It’s a <5 minute walk to Hillside Mall and Camosun College, and is very close to multiple bus routes heading to UVIC and downtown. It has its own backyard, garage, laundry, a full kitchen, and lots of storage space downstairs. I also have a 2 year old cat! We’re allowed two cats total, and he would love to have a friend! Our neighbourhood is very quiet with ample street parking. The Rooms will be unfurnished, rest of the house is fully furnished. I’m pretty easygoing, looking for someone who enjoys a good mix of socializing and time to themselves. We prioritize open and clear communication, and like to keep our common areas very clean.
