Our practice is regulatory compliance and enforcement litigation with some insurance defence files. As governments have expanded, so does their need for effective outside legal counsel. We conduct interesting cases with professional clients who pay their bills. Our legal work is public oriented, purposive and fulfilling. You are a hard-working, organized, and a team player. You will be assigned your own files and assist colleagues on complex files. This is an opportunity to hone your litigation skills in a growing legal practice. Qualifications: • 2-5 years’ litigation experience; and • Experience in local government, regulatory law, civil litigation, prosecutions or insurance defence.
