As pictured, this is a large doll house suitable for Barbies. The dolls and accessories in the photos, including the car, scooter and pool are included with the doll house. It is in good condition, but the back panel on one level has slipped out of place and there is a small stain on the roof. The panel is currently held in place with tape but you could loosen the bolts that hold it together and slide it back in place if you prefer. You must be able to pick it up in Sooke.
