Seeking Head Landscaper

Hey all, I'm looking for a head landscaper for my property maintenance company in Victoria. Your job will be to guide our crew, deal with equipment and tools, and help with quotes. We are new and getting overwhelmed with jobs, I don't have time to manage the company and do all the work, too, and our two employees aren't quite ready to be working on their own. Starting wage is $30/hr, with increases and profit sharing as the company grows. End of season bonus can be discussed as well. Full benefits to come next season. We're looking for somebody with 5+ years experience mowing lawns, trimming, gardening, etc. There will be a lot of actual landscaping for the first year or two, but eventually we're looking for someone who wants to be telling everyone else what to do. Must have own transportation. Mileage will be paid while one the job if you're driving your own vehicle. You will be provided with a company truck when we get to that point.
