Assistant Deli Manager

Red Barn Market is seeking an Assistant Deli Manager who is a highly motivated individual with a passion for fresh food. Candidate should know the importance of delivering a high-quality product while providing excellent internal and external customer service while providing quality training to staff. We are looking for individuals with outstanding customer service and experience working in the food industry. Responsibilities • Assist the Deli Manager with overseeing daily operations including food preparation and inventory management • Train and develop deli staff and supervise in various duties such as cooking, packaging, and serving • Manage product storage, rotation, and merchandising • Ensure that all food is prepared according to company standards • Train employees in food safety and sanitation procedures • Maintain a clean and safe work environment Qualifications • Minimum 2 years experience in a deli environment • Food Safety knowledge • Great attitude and work ethic • Strong customer service skills • Outgoing and energetic personality • Flexible schedule, evening and weekend availability Benefits • Competitive hourly wages & benefits • Staff discount of 15% on all purchases • Ability to participate in our Post Secondary Scholarship Programs • Ability to participate in our one-time New Homeowner Grant • Belong to an amazing team!
