Avid Gardener ISO 2-3 bedroom rental near UVIC

Looking for a long-term rental home, near UVIC, 2-3 bedroom. Hello, My daughter will be attending UVIC this coming Fall 2024 so I am looking for a quiet, well-maintained 2-3 bedroom, unfurnished, long-term, rental home in Victoria near UVIC for my daughter and me. We are currently living in the Cowichan Valley. - ideal move-in date would be sometime between July 1st - September 1st, but we are flexible for the right place as we are looking for something long-term. -2-3 bedroom with full bath (shower and tub) -private outdoor patio and garden as I am an avid/professional gardener and we have our own plants that we would like to transplant and create a garden with. -close to a beach and UVIC -no basement suites please -in-suite laundry -non smoking, non-partying etc. I am financially stable, a professional gardener/landscaper for over 24 years and I also work from home online as a Certified Healthcare professional. We are quiet (however, we both play the piano) and respectful, and we do not smoke, drink, party or anything of the like. We have one senior (14 years) neutered outdoor/indoor cat (mostly indoor). We are currently living in the Cowichan Valley for my daughter to finish high school and have been in our current rental for 2 years. Previous to that, we lived in Gibsons and rented a house for 6.5 years and had a wonderful relationship with our landlord there. I'm happy to provide excellent references including our current and previous landlords, gardening clients, neighbours and contacts on Vancouver Island. I look forward to hearing from you, thank you!
