I am selling my Vintage (and somewhat rare) HARMON KARDON HK2000 Stereo Cassette Deck which I bought brand new from A&B Sound in Vancouver for $595 in the late 1970s or very early 1980s. I might have the original receipt. I haven't used it since 2003-ish and has been stored in a file cabinet. At the time, this was a very expensive cassette deck. This cassette deck was my pride and joy; and was well maintained. It has numerous minor scratches on the chrome finish from regular use. Comes with 7 sealed cassettes and 1 unsealed cassette as pictured. *Level meters are analog needle VU reading meters. *Adjustment for tape sensitivity, to optimum levels can be performed prior to recording. * Dolby-B system reduces tape hiss on tapes especially for recording. * Two microphone input for recordings. * Headphone jack, and etc.
