We have an opening for a full time assistant Kitchen Manager / Line cook. Our successful applicant must be able to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays. Applicant must: - be a great leader with strong communication skills - have an excellent attitude - work well within a team - ensure excellent food quality - be creative and have great taste - be certified, proficient and knowledgeable in Food Safe protocols - manage competing priorities - able to work in a fast paced environment We would prefer experience with food ordering but willing to train.
