We gave this to my wife last Christmas, but she has used it about a dozen times. Finds the screen too small and also not tech savvy, so kind of a waste. Has not even launched the app not he computer LOL! Also, NO EXTRA STRAPS, takes your pulse while on your wrist. That was a must when we looked for her. Those extra straps are so annoying.
