Offered for sale this early 19th Century framed watercolour on paper, signed in the lower left hand corner by British artist / painter Albert Proctor (1884-1905) ARCA. This beautiful watercolour is well executed and in very good condition given it’s age. The paper has yellowed with age and the mat has some staining in the lower left. The frame measuring approximately 18.25 inches in height x 26.5 inches in width is ready to hang with some minor chips and scratches , but is still very much presentable. The painting which features a wetlands landscape with ducks in flight in the foreground against the backdrop of a rolling mountain range, the composition is well executed and would make a welcomed addition to any collection.
