I have a large 1 bedroom furnished basement suite for rent in a 1912 craftsman adult orientated owner occupied building. Available May 1st (possibly sooner) Central location (bay/cook) which is short walk to downtown and all amenities and bus routes. Includes on site laundry, hot water and internet, you will be required to pay half of the hydro (shared with me) on a two month billing cycle. On street vehicle parking, no onsite parking (not negotiable) No smoking of tobacco,cannabis or vaping in the house. No pets. Storage for two bicycles, no other outside storage. Must be willing to help out with garbage/recycling, bringing cans/bins to and from the street occasionally and understand what goes and does not go in cans/bins Also you will need to help keep the laundry area and entrance clean. I am available Saturday April 13 between 10am -2pm for viewings. Please have proof of income and credit score available. References required. $2300 per month plus 1/2 of hydro.
