The Suite: This centrally located two bedroom and one full bathroom basement suite is on a quiet street, in a great location close to Uptown Mall and right off the Lochside Trail—giving you easy access to downtown, the West shore, up-island, universities/colleges, many beaches, the airport or ferry, and everything in between. The suite has its own private entrance, is spacious, well kept and bright. The kitchen comes with cabinets, drawers, a fridge/freezer, dishwasher and oven with a 4-piece stove. Separate laundry (washer & dryer) in the suite. There's a heat pump as well as an electric fireplace. Electricity is split 50/50 with upstairs, while all other utilities (water, waste management, garbage pickup, recycling pickup) are ALL included. 1 parking spot is available. Who We Are: We are two professionals who will be your landlords living upstairs. We are clean, quiet, responsible, down-to-Earth and positive people - we’re looking for the same. We are looking for quiet and responsible tenants to enjoy this lovely home and neighbourhood with us. We don't party, but may occasionally host close family or friends over for a low-key get together. Who You Are: We are looking for 1 to 2 professionals as tenants with similar personalities and lifestyles as us to sign a 1-year lease that will then become month-to-month. Important characteristics we're looking for from tenants include being employed, respectful, clean, tidy, quiet, with high integrity and very responsible. Max 2 person occupancy. No subletting. No pets. No smoking. No vaping. No drugs. Preferences: No loud musical instruments or loud music. No big loud parties. (Conscious consideration of noise and cleanliness levels are a must).
