ISO: 3+ Bedroom Property

We are a family of four searching for a long term 3+ Bedroom Rental Home, preferably stand alone or upper suite, in Central Saanich – North Saanich Area, ideally would like to stay in the Brentwood Bay area for children’s schools but would stray for the perfect fit. We are a hardworking professional couple, with great references and long-term employment. I am a nurse at a private school in town, and at VGH, while also continuing my education doing my master’s while my spouse is a stone mason and landscaper. Our children are 5 & 10, and very active in sports. When we aren’t submersed in work and school, we love to spend time outside, hiking, boating, camping, and like to have property to nurture a garden, and space for children to play. We also have a small mature mini–Australian Shepard, and an outdoor cat, so having space for them outside is essential. We are looking for a property to call home for years to come, hoping to find the perfect fit for a reasonable price. A situation where you know you won’t have to worry about your home because it’s going to be looked after inside and out, loved, and cared for as if it was our own.
