So must be okay with children living in the house. Available for June 15th on a 3-month lease. This is not a sublet so going month to month after lease is an option. Could possibly do June 1st if it's the right fit No Partiers, No Drugs, and Female only. Smoking/Vaping and 420 is okay outside, just not inside. Private bathroom Shared Kitchen Shared Living Room Shared Laundry Street Parking Located in a quiet, safe neighbourhood in Gordon Head, just steps away from the 27/28 bus stop and a 5 minute drive to Mount Doug Park. The suite will be furnished but it’s currently empty as it is being renovated. Rooms are unfurnished but can be furnished with a bed, dresser and desk if needed. The rent is $1000/month. It inlcudes wifi & utilites. Extra $200 for furnished. Security deposit is required. Sadly, there are already 2 dogs on the property as well as cats but all other pets will be considered.
