The fifty fifty arts collective is looking for musicians and bands to share an affordable, spacious, and well-equipped downtown rehearsal space! Features: Large Area (18ft x 15ft) Alarm Secured Drum Kit PA System Skylight Mini fridge Steps from Robbins and street parking The space is located at Douglas & Bay St and includes access to a house drum kit (breakables not provided) and an 8-input, 2-speaker PA system. Rate: $200 for up to 24 hours rehearsal time per month (weeknights 6pm-12am). Available for scheduling May 1st, 2024. Currently Sunday and Friday evenings are available. Mornings also potentially available. The fifty fifty will prioritize applicants that can help us maintain a safe and respectful environment in the building, and who can effectively share the creative space with other groups and the gallery below.
