Pet friendly one bedroom fully furnished sublet in Fernwood character house. Rent is inclusive of all utilities (heat, hydro, water, gas [stove], internet). Available April 15th to October 1st. Dates are flexible with a minimum 4 month lease. Street parking (always available right outside the house), coin laundry in building ($1.50 per wash, $1.00 per dry). Pets are welcome! If you're respectful and they're respectful, no problem. Walking distance to Fernwood Square (shopping, restaurants, pub, coffee, etc.). Also walking distance to downtown, Stadacona Park, and many other delights. The suite has access to the balcony off the kitchen, big windows, bright kitchen and living room, cozy bedroom, stained glass, character features, wood floors, 4 burner gas stove, and includes a microwave, all furniture, linens, kitchen appliances and dishes, storage in attic, Bluetooth speakers, and a large TV. The suite's one flaw is a small bathroom. But you get what you get.
