Offered for sale this, Joseph [Joe] Ferenc Acs (B.1936-) - Canadian Artist - Framed Oil Painting On Masonite - 1971 - Near Calgary. The well executed Canadian winter landscape painting is in very nice condition, the painted frame does have some chips and scratches which is fairly typical for a painting that has been around for 50 plus years. Dated 1971 and signed in the lower right hand corner by the Canadian artist J. F. Acs. The back of the painting is also signed by the artist and titled ‘Along Morley Trail (Near Calgary Alberta), April 1971. No. 257. The back of the painting also presents a gallery label for ‘Downstairs Gallery Edmonton’. This beautiful composition measures framed appropriately 23.25 inches in height x 27.25 in inches in width.
