$2,400 · Dream Tenants

We are a mature aged couple seeking a quiet long term home. Our budget is max $2400 inclusive. Looking for 2 bedrooms and 1 bath Suite (preferably Upper or detached). Dave has worked at Royal Jubilee Hospital for 23 years. I (Lori) am retired (pick up odd contract office work time to time). We never smoked and do not have pets; we do have a 90 gallon fish tank with tropical fish. We have renters insurance through Seafirst Insurance. Dave works long hours in Hospice Care and it’s extremely important that our home is reasonably quiet. We each own a vehicle and Dave also has a scooter to drive to work to save on gas. We do require some storage space for some camping gear, a kayak and surfboard (Dave windsurfs). I love to read, cook and crocheting is life for me! We have excellent references. We have no issues with potential Landlords doing a criminal or credit check as we are definitely in the clear. We are seeking great Landlords; it works both ways! Looking for move any date after June 1.
