Adjustable foldable black plastic laptop stand with optional mouse tray. Similar to the stock photo here. I used this for a year to turn my regular height desk into a standup desk. It is a tiny bit wobbly but secure and I loved it. Have finally bought a proper standup desk. This is a great inexpensive way to find out if standing is for you.
