The kit includes: 2 x 8 gal poly primaries with lids, 3 x 5-gal poly secondaries, 1 x 5-gal glass secondary, 1 x 2-gal glass secondary (volumes approximate), 4 x airlocks, a triple-scale hydrometer to measure alcohol content, a floating thermometer, a plastic cylinder to use with the hydrometer, a lever-action wine bottle corker, a bottle washing valve for a laundry tub faucet, a nylon secondary-lift strap, a syphon, a long poly stirring paddle, a long-handled plastic stirring spoon, a wire-handled nylon cleaning brush, a poly wine thief, an electric heating belt for primaries or secondaries, a supply of wind bottle corks, miscellaneous chemicals.
