This is not training, but specific methods to release fears and trauma they may be holding, mentally, physically and emotionally. Once their fears are diminished or gone, they naturally feel more peaceful and confident, and can be left on their own. I also communicate with them to find out what happened in the past that has had a negative effect upon them, which can then be released.
